Four Lakes Wildlife Center, in conjunction with
the Dane County Humane Society presents a
scary and fun-filled Halloween event!
DCHS/Four Lakes Halloween Event
When: Saturday, October 25th, 2008, from noon to 7:00pm
Where: Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Road, Madison

Here's what's in store:

  • Noon to 2:00pm: Get your picture taken on a horse with a real cowboy!

  • Noon to 2:00pm: Trunk or Treat - decorate your car trunk and provide candy for kids!

  • Noon to 5:00pm: Animal face painting, Halloween tattoos and spider ring toss!

  • Noon to 7:00pm: Silent Auction with bake sale, with cider and coffee!

  • 2:00pm: Pet costume contest!

  • 2:00pm to 3:00pm: Pumpkin decorating contest!

  • 2:00pm to 7:00pm, every half hour: Kid-friendly haunted "fairytale" woods featuring: Cross Billy Goat’s Gruff Bridge with real goats, Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, the Headless Horseman, Hansel and Gretel and more!

For every Green Bay Packers win, the Dane County Humane Society is offering 50% off dog and cat adoptions through the following Tuesday.  To participate in this promotion, all you need to do is tell an adoption counselor the final score of the game!
